INTENDED USE:

Talis Hub is a component of a clinical information system (CIS) intended to transfer, store, convert formats, or display medical device data. This product is intended to communicate medical device data to any CIS, including Talis Clinical products. 

ACG-Anesthesia is a clinical information system (CIS) intended for use by authorized anesthesia healthcare professionals (HCPs) and is intended to support: (1) documentation of anesthesia care according to the medical facility requirements, (2) administration of professional/technical billing and quality reporting, and (3) compliance with the medical facility established clinical/operational guidelines, clinician-defined patient specific care plans, and quality management protocols. 

ACG-Anesthesia informs anesthesia HCPs on clinical/operational management of patients by: (1) providing documentation tools within the anesthesia workflow, (2) providing Clinical Decision Support tools (guidances and reminders) that identify deviations from medical facility specified clinical/operational guidelines, care plans, and quality management protocols, and (3) supporting bedside and remote HCPs with views of patient data including trend graphs, and waveforms (remote HCPs only). 

ACG-Anesthesia Clinical Decision Support does not leverage any proprietary algorithms, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or predictive analytics.  ACG-Anesthesia does not alter or modify the performance or settings of medical devices, or communicate medical device alarms. 

ACG-Perfusion is a clinical information system (CIS) intended for use by authorized HCPs of a cardiac surgery care team and is intended to support: (1) documentation of perfusion care according to the medical facility requirements, (2) administration of professional/technical billing and quality reporting, and (3) compliance with the medical facility established clinical/operational guidelines, clinician-defined patient specific care plans, and quality management protocols. 

ACG-Perfusion informs HCPs on clinical/operational management of patients by: (1) providing documentation tools within the cardiac surgery workflow, (2) providing Clinical Decision Support tools (guidances and reminders) that identify deviations from medical facility specified clinical/operational guidelines, care plans, and quality management protocols, and (3) supporting bedside and remote HCPs with views of patient data including trend graphs. 

ACG-Perfusion Clinical Decision Support does not leverage any proprietary algorithms, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or predictive analytics.  ACG-Perfusion does not alter or modify the performance or settings of medical devices, or communicate medical device alarms. 

ACG-RemoteView ICU is a clinical information system (CIS) intended for use by authorized HCPs of an ICU care team away from the patient bedside (remote HCP) and is intended to support compliance with the medical facility established clinical/operational guidelines, clinician-defined patient specific care plans, and quality management protocols. 

ACG-RemoteView ICU informs remote HCPs on clinical/operational management of patients by:  (1) providing Clinical Decision Support tools (guidances and reminders) that identify deviations from medical facility specified clinical/operational guidelines, care plans, and quality management protocols, and (2) supporting remote HCPs with views of patient data including trend graphs and waveforms. 

ACG-RemoteView ICU Clinical Decision Support does not leverage any proprietary algorithms, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or predictive analytics.  ACG-RemoteView ICU does not alter or modify the performance or settings of medical devices, or communicate medical device alarms. 

ACG-ECMO is a clinical information system (CIS) intended for use by authorized HCPs of an ECMO care team and is intended to support: (1) documentation of ECMO care according to the medical facility requirements, (2) administration of professional/technical billing and quality reporting, and (3) compliance with the medical facility established clinical/operational guidelines, clinician-defined patient specific care plans, and quality management protocols. 

ACG-ECMO informs HCPs on clinical/operational management of patients by: (1) providing documentation tools within the ECMO workflow, (2) providing Clinical Decision Support tools (guidances and reminders) that identify deviations from medical facility specified clinical/operational guidelines, care plans, and quality management protocols, and (3) supporting bedside and remote HCPs with views of patient data including trend graphs. 

ACG-ECMO Clinical Decision Support does not leverage any proprietary algorithms, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or predictive analytics. ACG-ECMO does not alter or modify the performance or settings of medical devices, or communicate medical device alarms. 

ACG-Labor & Delivery is a clinical information system (CIS) intended for use by authorized anesthesia HCPs of a labor and delivery care team and is intended to support: (1) documentation of anesthesia care according to the medical facility requirements, (2) administration of professional/technical billing and quality reporting, and (3) compliance with the medical facility established clinical/operational guidelines, clinician-defined patient specific care plans, and quality management protocols. 

ACG-Labor & Delivery informs anesthesia HCPs on clinical/operational management of patients by: (1) providing documentation tools within the labor & delivery workflow, (2) providing Clinical Decision Support tools (guidances and reminders) that identify deviations from medical facility specified clinical/operational guidelines, care plans, and quality management protocols, and (3) supporting bedside and remote HCPs with views of patient data including trend graphs. 

ACG-Labor & Delivery Clinical Decision Support does not leverage any proprietary algorithms, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or predictive analytics.  ACG-Labor & Delivery does not alter or modify the performance or settings of medical devices, or communicate medical device alarms.

TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION
Talis Clinical reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Talis Clinical Web Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.
