We are seeking a full-time Director of Implementation. Hybrid/remote work schedule. Location: 650 Mondial Parkway, Streetsboro, OH 44241. 

Responsibilities:

• Direct a team of implementation managers who are responsible for implementation of Talis solutions

• Implement strategies to develop and retain employees

• Accountable for leading and managing implementations to new clients, successfully, accurately, and timely

• Define client needs, determine a strategy and develop a plan/proposal for delivery of the project

• Create and execute plan to scale implementation process strategy to drive efficiency, optimization, and scalability

• Oversee the development of process related solutions for clients

• Assist pre-sale product demonstrations or project scoping

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience implementing EHR software

• Prior management experience leading teams implementing clinical software

• Nursing experience in acute care setting strongly preferred

We are seeking a talented Business Development/ Sales Director to initialize commercial client development and to build and manage a productive sales pipeline.

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Finance Manager. Location: 650 Mondial Parkway, Streetsboro, OH 44241. 

Responsibilities:

• The Finance Manager will act as the business partner to company management and CEO
• Responsibility for the accounting of Talis Clinical and monthly reporting and periodic forecasting in the Getinge Group
• Financial integration in the Getinge Group with a strong focus on expanding the customer base both in US and Europe
• Cost Accounting and development of a more detailed Inventory System for the Company
• R&D and recurring license contracting
• Managing client contracts, which are developed and negotiated as the Revenue Expansion for the Company is emphasized
• Working closely with HR in negotiating fringe benefits for the Employees with outside Insurance Providers primarily in the Health Care and Workers Compensation space

• Ensure Talis products meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance
• Track and report against established QA metrics
• Test system modifications to prepare for implementation
• Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes
• Support holistic testing efforts for multiple projects and software releases, including integration, system, regression, performance and user acceptance testing
• Support installations and implementations, to include on-site client activities.
• Develop training materials for end users including FAQ’s, training manuals, and tutorials
• On call coverage as assigned, weekends and overnight

• 1-3 years internship, co-op, project, or work experience
• Strong computer, application, and network troubleshooting skills
