We are seeking a full-time, on-site Director of Implementation.  Location: 650 Mondial Parkway, Streetsboro, OH 44241. 

Responsibilities:

• Direct a team of implementation managers who are responsible for implementation of Talis solutions

• Implement strategies to develop and retain employees

• Accountable for leading and managing implementations to new clients, successfully, accurately, and timely

• Define client needs, determine a strategy and develop a plan/proposal for delivery of the project

• Create and execute plan to scale implementation process strategy to drive efficiency, optimization, and scalability

• Oversee the development of process related solutions for clients

• Assist pre-sale product demonstrations or project scoping

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience implementing EHR software

• Prior management experience leading teams implementing clinical software

• Nursing experience in acute care setting strongly preferred

We are seeking a talented Business Development/ Sales Director to initialize commercial client development and to build and manage a productive sales pipeline.

We are seeking an Implementation Manager. Full-time, on-site; 25% travel required: 650 Mondial Parkway, Streetsboro, OH 44241.

Responsibilities:

• Apply clinical knowledge to assist in the requirements solicitation, design, development, configuration, and implementation of Talis products

• Pro-actively work with client stakeholders to elicit program requirements, advocating optimal use of technology to develop a solution that improves current practices and outcomes 

• Perform clinical walkthroughs, completing thorough assessments of IT infrastructure, existing technology, and clinical workflows to produce comprehensive analysis which will serve as the foundation for sales quotes and resource planning

• Clarify customer requirements and communicate to internal stakeholders in an actionable manner

• Forecast implementation target dates

• Support field training: Refine training plan/ process and generate additional training tools as needed;Facilitate and conduct client training on site

• Maintain close communication with internal stakeholders and customers during the implementation process, keep everyone updated on project plan, status, issues and actions

Preferred Experience:

• 3-5 years in an acute-care environment, preferably in a perioperative clinical role

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Technical Product Manager.  Location: 650 Mondial Parkway, Streetsboro, OH 44241. 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision and roadmap and coordinating with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and clinical teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
• Work with marketing to develop sales tools and collateral.
• Responsible for defining the release process and coordinating all of the activities required to bring the product to market.
• Own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas.

  1. Determine which ideas should be promoted into features to push the product strategy forward.
  2. Ensure that feedback and requests are seamlessly integrated into the product planning and development processes.
  3. Communicate the status of ideas back to the customers, partners, and internal team members who submitted them.

• Use database queries and configuration tools to analyze performance indicators.
• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.
• Perform product demos to customers and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager
• Self-motivated problem solver ready to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
• Demonstrated success defining and launching clinical products.
• 2+ years of experience in Health IT market
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies, including SQL, JavaScript
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Must be able to travel 10%
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Implementation Engineer.  Location: 650 Mondial Parkway, Streetsboro, OH 44241. 

Responsibilities:

• The primary responsibility is to configure and activate a Talis Solutions by:

  1. Creating and implementing a specific customer configuration
  2. Using System components that are already developed.
  3. Develop transformation procedures for Talis Clinical interfaces
  4. Install and configure software to support: Talis Clinical integration, MDIQ applications and devices, Talis Clinical ACG application suite, additional products as needed.
  5. Designing new custom data integration applications under the guidance of the Director of Data Integration

• Interacts with System Health to provide technical support for existing configurations and data integration applications.
• Interacts with Client via Implementation Manager (works with customers to identify data points and determine best methods to receive and process data.)
• Support existing data integration applications. 
• Meet quality and timeline metrics in work performance. 
• Communicate in written and verbal form to ensure alignment of milestone targets.
• Light travel to client locations for technical walkthrough and assessment

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience required.
• Proficient in SQL Server, SQL Service Broker, TSql, C#
• Basic understanding of networking, windows server, HL7, XML, Delimited file structures

We are seeking a full-time, on-site QA System Testing Engineer.  Location: 650 Mondial Parkway, Streetsboro, OH 44241. 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance.

• Responsible for the writing and execution of tests, and reporting of issues

• Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures

• Document defects, using MS Team Foundation Server, and report defects to developers

• Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, test scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability

• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems 

• Track and report against established QA metrics

• Clearly define applicable testing procedures and expectations with business and development teams

• Support holistic testing efforts for multiple projects and product releases, including integration, system, regression, performance and user acceptance testing

• Provide estimates for testing tasks and responsibilities and communicate QA activity status

Preferred Experience:

• More than 5 years of Testing and/or System Engineering experience required, including understanding business requirements and functional specifications and creating test plans/test cases to provide adequate coverage of the Business Requirements and Functional Specifications.

• Experience with risk-based decision making.

• System integration troubleshooting and problem solving.

• Previous Microsoft SQL Server and writing T-SQL queries desirable.

• Experience with various methods of software testing to address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, end-to-end and integration testing, boundary/negative testing, error or defect retests, usability tests, and user acceptance tests.

• Testing web applications for cross-browser compatibility using desktops, tablets, and smartphones.

• Testing both Web Applications and Windows Applications, and Microsoft Visual Studio.

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Senior SQL Developer Location: 650 Mondial Parkway, Streetsboro, OH 44241. 

Requirements:

• Design and develop SQL relational database and server stored procedures 
• Report design and development using SSRS  
• Root cause analysis of company technology
• Design and development of data warehousing, automated provisioning, archival process and complete data dictionary
• SQL script code using C#
• Performance tuning
• Error handling TRY/CATCH with event logging
• Design and develop automated provisioning and deployment software which includes SQL integration services
• Identify the locking and blocking of SQL queries.

Education:

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Plastic Technology/Computer Information Systems (or equivalent based on evaluation of academic credentials, training and/or experience) as well as sixty (60) months in job or job related progressive experience to include job duties listed above. Suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable. Report design and development using SSRS.

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Senior Web Developer.  Location: 650 Mondial Parkway, Streetsboro, OH 44241. 

Responsibilities:

• Write, update, and maintain computer programs or software packages to handle specific clinical needs. 

• Correct errors by making appropriate changes and rechecking the program to ensure that the desired results are produced. 

• Conduct trial runs of programs and software applications to be sure they will produce the desired information and that the instructions are correct. 

• Perform or direct revision, repair, or expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate user requirements and feasibility of designs
• Work with designer to implement first pass of prototypes in HTML/CSS/JS.
• Lead Web developers in the implementation of the UI/UX in real product

• Make sure that product has a consistent feel and look.
• Develop in HTLM pages and the UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
• Identify and troubleshoot UI/ UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Learn about XAML and styling WPF applications
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images across ALL products

Preferred Experience:

• 3+ years experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
• Expert in developing UI with HTML/CSS, Bootstrap
